About Me

Woman dreaming with starry night background.

For most of my life, I believed that if I learned enough, worked hard enough, served enough, and became enough, life would eventually make sense.

From the outside, I had many of the things people strive for. I built a successful career in education, earned advanced degrees, received professional recognition, and spent years helping others grow. Yet beneath the accomplishments, I kept asking the same questions:

-Why do seemingly spiritual people not have answers?

-Why do intelligent people keep repeating the same painful patterns?

-Why do we know what to do, yet struggle to do it?

-Why does lasting change seem so elusive?

These questions refused to leave me alone.

What began as curiosity became a lifelong pursuit of understanding how human beings actually transform. I immersed myself in psychology, neuroscience, hypnotherapy, emotional processing, communication, and eventually the profound wisdom found within Kabbalah and Chassidus through Lev Emunah Therapy.

Along the way, LIFE continued to become my classroom. Every challenge, relationship, disappointment, and unexpected turn revealed another opportunity to question the assumptions I had been living from. The work became deeply personal long before it became something I offered to others.

Again and again, I have watched the assumptions I held about myself, about other people, and about reality give way to a broader understanding. Each season has invited me to release another identity, another certainty, another story I once believed was true. That process continues today, and I expect it always will.

Over time, I've come to appreciate that meaningful change often begins with seeing ourselves and our lives through a wider lens. As our perspective expands, new possibilities naturally emerge. We become less reactive, more present, and better able to respond with intention rather than habit.

I continue to do this work in my own life every day.

My understanding is still evolving. My perspective is still expanding. I don't see growth as arriving at certainty, but as developing the willingness to remain curious, to keep learning, and to keep allowing truth to reshape the way I see.

My Goal

That our work together helps you discover a deeper relationship with yourself, a clearer understanding of the patterns shaping your experience, and a greater capacity to live with clarity, freedom, and purpose.
